"Everybody here is super lovely and super polite. Unfortunately, they don’t seem to get things done. Over eight months, I had to remind them to remove somebody from my policy more times than I could count. They overcharged me when they finally processed the removal and were unwilling to help. I am not just reluctant to help but also unwilling to even look at the paperwork within the app, implying that I owe them money beyond the value of the policy paperwork. When I asked for an explanation, they stopped replying to me. When I try to call and talk to the representative who is supposed to be helping me, she’s always on lunch. I attempted to contact Arthur Brooks directly multiple times. He has never responded to an email, Answered the phone, or returned a message. At this point, I am assuming Arthur has been dead for years and is just the face of the company. I was with State Farm for over 20 years, but only one year with Arthur Brooks. I wish I could’ve stayed with State Farm, but the consistent negligence from this particular State Farm caused me to leave. Edit: Thank you for reaching out and attempting to get me to remove my review. Unfortunately, I am of the mindset that people should know what they’re getting into, and Google reviews are the number one outlet for finding good customer service. Please put more focus on running your business and less on managing your Google reviews."

"Art Brucks State Farm Insurance has been our insurance company since before 2008 (it is now 2024). They have hand-walked me through several claims, making it easy for me. They have been fair in their coverage, so that I don’t have to fight an insurance company to get the coverage payout. I am especially impressed with Donna, who always has time for me, and helps me with policy updates any time I call her…through 2 children, a new business, and several moves (and storms). I love that in all these years, I am still working with Donna and do not have to deal with a new rep every year. I can’t say enough about them, and have recommended them to several friends.
